AI Integration Workshop

Most teams don't have an AI problem. They have a clarity problem.

Most teams have experimented with AI in some form. Some have found pockets where it works. Many are still trying to figure out where it actually fits — or whether what they're experiencing is an AI problem at all, versus a workflow or process issue that no tool is going to solve. This engagement starts from the problem, not the solution. We map your operations, understand where things genuinely break down, and work through whether AI is the right intervention — and where. Some opportunities will call for an AI solution. Some will call for a process adjustment. Some will be working just fine and need neither. The goal is clarity first, implementation second. From there, we work alongside your team to build whatever the diagnosis calls for — not hand it to you and leave, but guide the thinking, transfer the knowledge, and make sure your team comes out the other side knowing how to handle this themselves.

Where this is most useful

  • Product teams hitting context decay in long AI-assisted projects
  • Engineering/design teams that ship in iterative loops, not static specs
  • Organizations that need durable AI collaboration practices, not one-off prompt tricks

Weekly Schedule

Week 1
Discovery: understand the business, the team, and the real problem — not the assumed one
Week 2
Mapping: reverse-engineer current workflows and identify where AI helps versus where process does
Week 3
Prioritisation: rank opportunities, propose interventions, align on what gets built and what gets adjusted
Week 4–5
Implementation: your team builds the solution, I guide the thinking and the process throughout
Week 6
Handover: knowledge transfer, codified model, and a clear picture of what comes next

Investment Range

Scoped based on complexity

From 36,700 AED
~$10,000+ per engagement
• Single team baseline: One team, focused problem, 6 weeks, from $10,000
• Multi-stream implementation: Cross-functional teams, broader scope, extended guidance
• Enterprise adaptation: Multiple squads, governance layer, custom proposal
How it works: Book a 15-minute scoping call. I'll ask about your product complexity and timeline, then send a fixed-price proposal.

Pricing reflects the default 6-week format. If your scope is smaller — a focused problem, a single team, a shorter runway — reach out. Smaller engagements can be scoped and priced accordingly. Limited to 6–12 companies per year. Each engagement is researched and designed around your specific context.

Common Questions

Do we need to be a technical team?
Not entirely — but someone on your team should be able to implement what we scope together. If no one on your team can implement, this doesn't disqualify you — it means the engagement would likely need to extend into a more applied, hands-on model. That's a conversation we can have, and it may point toward a different service model that fits better.
We're already using AI tools. Is this still relevant?
Almost always yes. This isn't about which tools you use — it's about whether you're solving the right problems with them, and whether the way your team works with AI is actually holding up over time. Most teams using AI daily are still leaving most of the value on the table.
How is this different from a prompt engineering course?
It's not a course. And I don't teach prompt engineering — I teach your team to not need it. The goal is a team that knows how to think alongside AI, scope problems correctly, and build solutions that hold up. Not a team that's better at typing instructions.
What if the answer is that we don't need AI?
Then that's what I'll tell you. Part of what you're paying for is an honest assessment. Some problems are workflow problems. Some are process problems. If AI isn't the right answer, I'd rather say so early than build something that doesn't serve you.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
The goal is that you continue independently — your team comes out with a better grasp of how to work with AI and the confidence to run with it. If you'd prefer continued involvement — whether that's ongoing work, a retainer, or a project-based arrangement — that's something we can discuss. I have other service models that can accommodate that. But the default outcome is a team that doesn't need me anymore.
Why only 6–12 engagements per year?
Because every engagement is custom. I research your industry, your workflows, and your specific problems before we start. That takes real time. I'd rather do fewer things properly than scale something that stops being useful.
How do we know if we're ready?
If your team is running into recurring friction — in how work gets done, how decisions get made, or how AI fits into the picture — and you're willing to look at the process honestly before jumping to a solution, you're ready. If you need a guaranteed outcome before you'll commit, this isn't the right approach.
What if it's not working after week one?
Week 1 is discovery for both of us. If we both agree it's not a fit, I'll refund 50% and you keep the discovery report. I'd rather part ways early than push through a mismatched engagement.
Can this be scoped shorter than 6 weeks?
Yes. The 6-week format is the default, but if your problem is more focused — a single team, a specific workflow, a shorter runway — we can scope something that fits. Reach out and we'll figure out what makes sense.
Remote or on-site?
Remote by default — based in Dubai, working across UAE and GCC. On-site available for UAE-based teams.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Standard for all engagements.

Deliverables

  • Discovery report: a clear map of your current workflows, where friction lives, and what's actually causing it
  • Opportunity ranking: which problems are suited for AI, which are workflow issues, and which need neither
  • Industry benchmark brief: how comparable teams are approaching the same challenges
  • Guided implementation plan: a step-by-step path your team builds alongside me — with checkpoints throughout
  • Knowledge transfer: your team leaves knowing how to evaluate, scope, and run AI interventions independently
