What does monthly upfront mean?
It means the month is prepaid before the advisory period starts; it does not mean the full term is paid upfront unless we agree otherwise.
How much async access is included?
The Product & UX Advisor band is bounded and should not exceed roughly 1 to 1.5 working days per week. The Executive band has faster response and more availability, but still is not on-call team execution.
