Remote-first, on-site when it matters
Remote is the default because most consulting work improves when the thinking is written down, the feedback loop is focused, and the team is not losing time to performative syncs. I work inside your tools with async review, focused calls, and decisions your team can return to.
Hybrid or on-site work is scoped when the room actually matters: discovery, executive alignment, workshops, stakeholder interviews, or handoff sessions where trust and context move faster face to face.
