Advisory is decision clarity without operational execution. I help you choose, prioritize, and sanity-check. Embedded is when you want me inside delivery—running cadence, owning standards, and closing handoff drift.

What determines the monthly rate?

Call frequency + urgency of access. Standard = bi-weekly calls. Premium = weekly calls + priority async. Executive = higher-touch counsel for time-sensitive decisions and pivots.

Can I book calls outside the retainer?

Yes, subject to availability. If you need ad-hoc intensives, we can scope a short burst separately.

What if I need help with fundraising?

Yes. I can review pitch decks, tighten the product narrative, coach on story, and run mock investor conversations—especially useful when the product reality and story need alignment.

Can this be combined with other services?

Yes. Many clients start with Advisory for decision clarity, then add a Clarity Sprint or Embedded Leadership once execution needs to change.

What's the cancellation policy?

1-month notice. If you cancel mid-month, you’re charged for the full month but can use remaining time.
