How does this differ from hiring a full-time Head of UX?
You get 10+ years of experience at 1/3 the cost of a full-time hire. I join your Slack, lead rituals, and own UX direction—but you're not paying for 40hrs/week when you only need 10-15.
What determines the monthly rate?
How hands-on you need me to be. Light = mostly async with occasional syncs. Core = weekly leadership + async. Deep = multiple syncs per week + coaching your team. We'll discuss your needs in the scoping call.
Can we pause the engagement if needed?
Yes. Provide 2 weeks notice and we can pause. You won't be charged during the pause period.
What if we already have a designer?
Perfect. I mentor them, unblock them, and ensure quality. This isn't about replacing your team—it's about giving them strategic direction.
Do you work with offshore dev teams?
Yes. I specialize in coordinating distributed teams and fixing the design-to-dev handoff gap.
What's the minimum commitment?
3 months. This gives us time to establish systems and see measurable impact.
