Execution System Diagnostic • 5–14 Days
Clarity Sprint
Execution System Diagnostic
Execution diagnosis. Shipping plan in 5–14 days.
A 5–14 day execution-system diagnostic that identifies the true bottleneck behind slow shipping (handoff drift, unclear states, ownership gaps, decision cadence) and delivers a prioritized plan your team can execute without guessing. Positioning and fundraise clarity can be included as secondary tracks when they’re blocking execution or narrative alignment.
Where this is most useful
- Fintech teams dealing with trust + compliance friction
- Retail/hospitality teams where CX breaks at operational seams
- Startups shipping fast but losing coherence
- Operator-grade platforms (MediaTech, tools, complex B2B)
Available Tracks
- 01 Core Diagnostic (always included): Identify the real bottleneck across workflow, states, ownership, and delivery cadence.
- 02 Optional Track — Positioning & Value Prop: Clarify what you sell and why users should trust it, only as needed to unblock product direction.
- 03 Optional Track — Fundraise Readiness: Tighten the product narrative and story so the deck matches product reality (only if fundraising is active).
Weekly Schedule
Day 1
Kickoff, access setup, stakeholder interviews, scope lock
Day 2–4
Deep dive audit: flows, states, handoffs, analytics signals, delivery process (competitor scan only if needed)
Day 5–10
Synthesis + artifacts: bottleneck diagnosis, action plan, acceptance criteria, ticket outline
Final day
Readout: executive deck + Loom + handover (implementation brief + next-step plan)
Investment Range
Scoped based on complexity
15,000 - 25,000 AED
~$4,100 - $6,800 USD
• Focused diagnostic: Single surface / single flow, 5–7 days → 15K–17K AED
• Comprehensive diagnostic: Multi-flow product, 7–10 days → 18K–22K AED
• Strategic deep-dive: Complex platform / multi-role workflows, 10–14 days → 23K–25K+ AED
How it works:
Book a 15-minute scoping call. I'll ask about your product complexity and timeline, then send a fixed-price proposal.
Fixed-price engagements. Timeline (5–14 days) depends on surface count, roles, and stakeholder access. 50% deposit, 50% on delivery. Travel/on-site billed separately if required.
Common Questions
How long does it take?
Typically 5–14 days. Smaller scopes can be done in 5–7 days. Multi-flow or multi-role products usually need 7–14 days depending on access and stakeholder availability.
What do I get at the end of the week?
A clear bottleneck diagnosis plus a prioritized plan you can execute immediately: what stops, what ships next, and the system changes needed to reduce rework and shipping drift.
Is this a UX audit?
No. It’s an execution-system diagnostic. UX is included, but the goal is to identify what’s actually blocking shipping: handoffs, states, ownership, decision cadence, and workflow breakdowns.
How do you determine the final price?
We do a 15-minute scoping call to confirm surfaces (flows/roles/integrations), urgency, and stakeholder availability. Then I send a fixed-price proposal. Most Clarity Sprints land in the 15K–20K AED band.
When do you cover positioning or fundraising?
Only when it’s directly impacting execution or the product story. Positioning and fundraise readiness are optional tracks inside the diagnostic—not the main purpose.
What affects the price?
Scope depth (single flow vs multi-role product), number of integrations and dependencies, how many decision-makers must be interviewed, and urgency. Complex state/exception workflows take longer than simple UX cleanups.
What if my product is really complex?
If you’re running multi-sided platforms, heavy integrations, or enterprise workflows, the diagnostic can exceed 25K. I’ll tell you upfront in the scoping call and recommend the right scope.
Are stakeholder interviews included?
Yes—standard remote interviews (3–4 people, ~30 minutes each) are included. Larger workshops, customer interviews, or on-site sessions are scoped separately.
What if scope changes mid-project?
The price is fixed based on agreed scope. If you add surfaces (e.g., also audit admin tooling), we document it and quote it as an add-on.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. I sign NDAs before any engagement begins.
